The Taste Factor

Putting all these ingredients together is great for your health, but tastes awful. My kids were never going to drink this so I had to find a secret tasty ingredient.

After hunting around for a while I found Sustagen powder in different flavours (chocolate being the favourite of course). This powder still contributes a bit to the health factor of the shake but most importantly, it tastes like a chocolate milkshake and becomes something to look forward to each day. Fantastic!
