In my experience “emotional balance” provides the foundation for “stress free” living. I know that sometimes I feel like I’m on a rollercoaster, one minute I’m on an emotional high and the next I’m on an emotional low. What most people find surprising is that our physical condition is a reflection of our emotional state.
Just imagine then what these continuous highs and lows are doing to our physical body and our immune systems. I’ve found that applying methods to “balance” these highs and lows really helps me to handle life’s dramas whilst staying calm and peaceful.
