Spring Forest Qigong


I have used this ancient Chinese "practice" to take away stress, pain, and sickness from my body at amazing speed... leaving me with more energy.


Everything in the universe is made up of energy and I believe that the flow of energy gives us the flow of life. Imagine someone blocking the flow in your sewerage pipe, how long would it take before the contents started backing up in the pipe and sooner or later…


… well, you get the picture. What if the stress and pollution of our daily lives caused similar blocks in our own flow of energy? Blocked energy creates a state of “dis-ease” and this leads to sickness.


So how can we stay healthy and prevent disease? Clear any blockages and keep the energy flow going using an ancient Chinese process called Qigong.
