Oil Blend

An Oil Blend is a special blend of carefully chosen, natural, unrefined oils (preferably organic). The right blend contains an ideal balance of the essential fatty acids (EFAs) omega 3 (alpha-linolenic) and omega 6 (linoleic).

EFAs cannot be created by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplement. EFAs are so called because they are essential to life itself.

I consider one of the most important benefits of these oils is improved concentration and heightened mental faculties.
